Happy New Year!
Joan and I want to wish all of you a happy and spiritually prosperous New Year. Our house will still be open for New Year's Eve. I know the weather will be a challenge for some, but for those that feel comfortable driving we will be here and ready to pray in the New Year.
A good number of families showed up for the New Years Eve open house. We played a rousing game of Apples to Apples (Go Mark!) and prayed in the New Year.
We praise the Lord that Terry's pain had subsided by the time he reached the hospital and there was no serious condition discovered.

Glad to hear that the WHBC party was a hit. Alecia and I hosted a small family party to bring in the new year.
Pray for my brother, Barry who is scheduled to fly out of Portland today at 5 PM.
Would it be possible to post the Bible readings for the week on the blog?
It seems that the blog is in a different time zone than I am. I know it's minor, but the posting times are incorrect.
I will look into the time zone thing right now! As for the Bible readings I will see what I can do.
